Whether people are converging on a new horizon, melding tensions with stakeholders, or proactively confronting the polarization in our communities, as active participants and citizens in our daily lives, we have a deep desire to be working, more authentically, meaningfully, and sustainably, together. A wishbone?– the ability to inspire, lead with hope, and to be transparent. What if leaders knew how to support each other in complexity and to evolve not just “what” we do, but “how” we do it, why we do it, and enlist others? A backbone?– Tough times require decision making.
