 ng around the world with people and community-based organizations who 
 are making a real difference.  What we've found, over the last decade
 , is that important work always begins with a better conversation.  H
 osting conversations that matter is a key competency which is being de
 veloped through the the World Cafe Community and the Art of Hosting Co
 mmunity (www.artofhosting.org).  Working with processes like Theory U
 , materials like modeling clay, qualities like silence are all part of
  this new way of working.The Berkana Institute is pleased to offer a t
