To answer your three questions -
Price - $500 for registrations by 12/21/09 and for three or more registered together, $750 for single registrations after 12/21.

Location - ASU's Mercado in downtown Phoenix, AZ

Accommodations etc. - Meals and accommodations are on your own. If you need ideas, Irene Jacobs will be happy to help - arizona.irene@gmail.com

Thanks but that is the link I clicked on before and just did again. I see a lot of information about the course and Participants recommendations but nothing on my 3 questions. Check it out, What am I missing?

Sounds interesting but I can't find some the more mundane details like:
Price
Location
Accomdations etc.
Can you tell me where to look?
