 istening Tour, beginning September 7. They will meet hundreds of innov
 ative individuals, listen to sustainability stories and learn about gr
 een initiatives across the nation.\n\nThrough their networks, the wome
 n are connecting with regional nonprofit, business, government and med
 ia leaders in the tour cities. “Gathering and sharing this informati
 on creates a satisfying, savory ‘stone soup’ of true sustenance,�
 � says Sechrist.\n\nThe duo will collect a bounty of stories from each
  community as they travel, contributing them to the next city’s “p
 ot.” “Our mission is to produce a soulfully good soup story that s
 ustains all,” say Sechrist and Kleitsch. “At present, we believe t
 hat sustainability stories and initiatives are disconnected and ineffe
 ctive, unable to transform, modify or enhance the momentum of the gras
 sroots movement already taking place.”\n\n“Many individuals and gr
 oups are already hosting conversations to address current issues,” a
 dds Kleitsch. “We’re just connecting the green dots, stirring the 
 stone soup pot, and watching what happens.”\n\nThe tour begins in Sa
 n Diego on September 7th and moves on to Tucson (9/9), Phoenix (9/10),
  Albuquerque (9/12), Santa Fe (9/13-14), Oklahoma City (9/16-17), Tuls
 a (9/18), Little Rock (9/20), Memphis (9/21), Nashville (9/22) and Cha
