It can be hard to know if we are making a difference and often we are confused about what to measure and how.

We all want to better understand how we can learn, improve, and do better work, but if we are not aware of how evaluation can work for us, we can end up being led by short-term targets and never get to understanding the real value we are producing (or not).

The Art of Evaluation is a four-session online course to support leaders and facilitators in better understanding evaluation and why it matters. This course will increase your evaluation literacy and enable you to make better strategic decisions, building in the right kind of evaluation right from your initial design phase. It’s also a course for evaluators who want to learn how to work with the increasing number of practitioners working with new forms of facilitation and engagement.

Hosted by Beehive Productions (Amy Lenzo & Rowan Simonsen) and Chris Corrigan, with special guests Trilby Smith, Jara Dean-Coffey, Rita Fierro, & Carolyn Camman.
