The Art of Hosting awareness day in Croatia

Hello everyone,

We are excited to share information and invite you to the AOH awareness day in Zagreb, Croatia, 5th of November 2009, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.

This is the 2nd time we are convening AOH in Croatia, the training itself is planed for the February 2010.

For the awareness day, we are asking the focus question „Why and how could participatory leadership make a difference in my work?“

We see it as a valuable opportunity for people in our country and this part of the world to experience, learn and get an understanding of what is the AOH and how can it be applied. We feel the need in these uncertain challenging times and the responsibility to offer response for this complex world. We want to share our learning, experiences and stories with others which are ready to step in and aspire to practice new kind of leadership in their work, organizations, communities and also in their lives...

Our hosting team for the awareness day includes Toke Paludan Moeller and local callers Miljenka Plazonic Bogdan, Ana Milin and myself, and for the training in February, Jan Hein Nielsen will join us as well.
