The World Cafe Community

Hosting Conversations about Questions that Matter

I'm excited to join this community and hope to learn a great deal more about who's engaged here and what everyone's doing!

A little bit about me: I'm currently employed as an engineer for an aerospace company and am also a second year student in Fielding's Human and Organization Systems doctorate program; I am married to a Jungian therapist in private practice (little plug for him: www.alchemicalpsychology.com).

One of my passions is dreams - from Jungian and shamanic perspectives. I love thinking about the evolution of consciousness, in particular how consciousness manifests reality. I think dreams offer a unique space where this occurs. And as Juanita pointed out to me - so do conversations! TWC offers a perfect model to explore how conversations can do this.

I'm also interested in exploring TWC approach as a research methodology.

So I look forward to hearing back from anyone with similar interests or anyone at all actually!

All the best to you, Cynthia

Cynthia, as you know I too am very interested in TWC as a research methodology. I am confident that I am going to find a way to use it as such. I am looking forward to our continued conversations. Have a wonderful weekend.

John
