<p>This video message from Amy Lenzo was created for the World Cafe 20th Anniversary Event in Japan on Oct. 25, 2015. <br/>At this event, nine locations from Hokkaido to Okinawa were inter-connected via the Internet, and 590 people in total participated in the World Cafe conversation.
