Intergenerations - what we can learn from each other
At the Pegasus Communications conference, I participated in my first intergenerational World Cafe, and it was funny, enlightening and insightful. I was exposed to my own mental models--of younger people and myself--and want to keep those doors open.
Since I am now more 'aware,' insights, experiences and material around this issue is everywhere (a lesson in how mental models can control us, and the awareness of them can open us up).

The video is really awesome!
My guess is, how many of us, lost generation would be able to resist to career path and go for family…
When you are young you think that you have time for lots of things and shift family on the second place at life.
