I am planning a cafe in a new setting for me. A dear friend, an ELCA Lutheran pastor, is helping a congregation heal and rebuild and I have proposed a cafe to help him move the community together and start the healing process. I will be doing this the end of October and as we design and pull this project together I will keep you apprised. The question is critical here. I proposed something like (and I would love to get your suggestions by the way) What does a healthy congregation look like? or What do we need to be doing to heal? or What do we need to be doing to draw into the congregation the diverse community that surrounds us? or What do we need to be doing to create a diverse and inclusive community?<br /> <br /> Love to hear your ideas.
