Hosting Conversations about Questions that Matter
Hi all out there
I am soing my honours in Brand Leadership in Gauteng and I am interested in using the World Cafe brand as a case study but what I am really looking for is a story of a company which utilised World Cafe techniques and as a reults have created a really fantastic innovation which is systemic and has really made a huge difference to the company. I see a lot of stories about how fantastic the experience was but I am interested in the results of the experience and what came out of it in terms of innovative products / processes etc which would not have happened if it weren't for the World Cafe Experience. Is anyone out there able to help me with such a case study?

The point is that a World Café is not a magic thing, but most likely one tool, or one step in a process of transformation and change. The best article that describes such a process - and where many World Café's have been part of the ongoing change - is attached here.
