World Cafe for hospital leaders - NEW!

Hi Everyone:

I just became a member and in need of your feedback. I work in a 300 bed hospital as an OD Training & Development Specialist. We are putting on a mini World Cafe for our leaders next month focusing around the topic of performance appraisals. I have been identified as a facilitator with my other team mates as hosts; we are currently reading The World Cafe by Juanita Brown and The World Cafe Community to gain more insight. We are in the selection process with limiting our guests to 30 people – we have over 100 leaders. Our choices are to: a) open the invitation to all and select on a first come basis; b) randomly select; c) select based on interest of topic. I would appreciate your recommendations.
