In the last months I got some tips for interesting texts:
Anne Dosher pointed my attention to a text on stewardship and leadership by Michael Jones, published in the Integral Leadership Review.
Ulric Rudebeck shared a document on principles for new organisations by the Society for Organisational Learning SOL.
Here are two texts about the future of democracy by one of the greatest contemporary philosophers I know of: Johannes Heinrichs. Alas, he is not well known in Germany, either.
Most of his writings are not translated to English. For the German speaking folks, this is his website: www.johannesheinrichs.de. And this one is also closely linked to his work: www.viergliederung.de
He has published a few texts in English on his social philosophy and theory of democracy, which I think are most relevant and inspiring regarding the topics of this Salon. As he invited me do share his writings: Here they are!
Enjoy reading! I'm looking forward to discuss Heinrich's ideas!
I am going to add two other (German) texts on the relation of science, faith and spirituality which are really intersting when thinking about what holds communities together ...
Thank you for posting these, Ulrich. Since I am very interested in the future of democracy, I am grateful to be introduced to Johannes Heinrichs. As he says in the Four Way Path, "Democracy, ladies and gentlemen, is a great promise, which is far from being already fulfilled."
