Glad you enjoyed OceanO.
Didn't know I was hyperthyroid before dreaming it. This "too fast" thyroid enhances memory & lucid ability because of being able to suspend in a state of semi-consciousness from exhaustion.
Prior to dreaming OceanO, I'd literally fallen asleep while recording music I'd written from the experience of not being able to save a windsurfer who fell into the ocean. (Someone else who figured I didn't have a knife did save him, fortunately.) Later I found documentation of "epiphany" or "insight" from others who dreamed solutions to their work after intense involvement with a project that extended into the dream state.
So I woke up from the OceanO dream, pressed "record" and was able to play what I'd just dreamed before I forgot it. Then I spoke the rest of the story into the mike. As I told this "passion play" dream to others, I began to imagine what would the story be as it had been portrayed...and so the rest of the story emerged from it having been acted out in front of me in the dream.
From the dream I got the song too - it's "hook" and the chorus. What the verses were about was what I had to make up to fill out the rest. It wasn't the first time that I had dreamed original music.
It's refreshing to be around someone who sees synchronicity and irony - but is able to make fun of it to draw in others. I'd like to do more of that skill myself, because so much of the world is funny to me. But I talk about it in a way that sounds like complaining to others instead of humor. So I'd love to hang out with you and soak up your attitude. (I learn by absorption!) ;)
Here's a story I dreamed up, since you enjoy storytelling: OceanO
(Re-sizing the window will help with reading it.)
Do you have a preference for telling certain genre of stories, rather than using storytelling for communication everything in general?
