- If you are new to the World Cafe, would you please share how you heard about this community?
- I am not new to World Cafe, although I am joining this group for the first time. I was first introduced to this model of dialogue through an Art of Hosting workshop on Bowen Island, BC. Since then I have used world cafe extensively in my work as a consultant, facilitator and educator.
- In what field is the primary focus of your World Café work?
- Corporate, Government, Community
- What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
- World Cafe is the best process I know of to engage large numbers of people in difficult conversations about crucial issues. I'm happy to offer my experiences and learning to this community.
- What would you most like to receive from this community?
- Support, insight, perspective about how and when to use world cafe--especially in highly charged places, and especially when concrete results are needed in order to maintain morale, momemtum and trust in the process.
