- I heard about this community through the MSMOB program at Benedictine University during Large Group Interventions class. Professor Runkel sent an email suggesting I join.
- In what field is the primary focus of your World Café work?
- Education
- What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
- I am presently a beginner studying Organizational Development in a graduate program. As such, I have much to learn. However, I hope to use the skills I learn in the higher education community in which I serve.
- What would you most like to receive from this community?
- I have much to learn about Organization Development and large group interventions, however, I would like the opportunity to continue learning and hone my skills in order to put them to good use in change management and leadership within higher education.
