Please indicate your World Café experience (ONLY IF YOU HAVE ACTUAL WORLD CAFE EXPERIENCE) in one or more of the following roles:
I'm New to the World Cafe
If you are new to the World Cafe, would you please share how you heard about this community?
I participated in a "World Cafe style" conversation that made me want to learn more. When I did a bit of research on line, I discovered the article in "Systems Thinker" (which I respect) by Hurley & Brown -- I loved it. I also have a number of colleagues at the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership with whom I've discussed this process. I'm eager to get some training so I can better facilitate these kinds of conversations.
What field is the primary focus of your World Café work (ONLY CHECK AREAS WHERE YOU ARE ALREADY ACTIVELY USING WORLD CAFE PLEASE)?
What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
I have worked with leaders in the "world community" for the past 20+ years and love participating in conversations where diverse perspectives can be shared respectfully. I love to listen and learn ways to facilitate better understanding of complex issues.
What would you most like to receive from this community?
I want to learn more about World Cafe and conversational leadership -- I'm pretty sure this is the best place to begin!
