- In fact, all my work from the middle of 2010 related mainly to the smooth transition in management of business systems from the usual practice of reactive "firefighting" (errors of the first and second class) to the full implementation of the philosophy (theory), Edward Deming's management are focused on continuous improvement in quality and performance of all systems and activities, with the understanding of systems, the nature of the variations (which is important both for the study of their critical importance to management and to understand why the usual practice of unsatisfactory results), epistemology, and psychology. The basis of such control is a process oriented management system, aimed at creating greater value for consumers.
