Are you familiar with the group SIETAR which addresses intercultural issues? It may be a group of people who can provide you food-for-thought on the issue of integration. Google Sietar Europe and you can read more about their work in Europe. I think the use of the World Café could be interesting in this area too.

The World Café can be used in a health setting effectively. During the World Café European Gathering in Bilbao we brought NGOs together to discuss the issue of collaboration. Take a look at the video: I have also designed World Cafés to bring the entire system of a hospital in the room to discuss a question that matters to them. Have you read the book "The World Café"?
