Leaders visioning the world of work in 2020

We recently hosted a 2020Vision event for a cleint organisation and the energy and the outcomes were fabulous! There was a real buzz all day as these high potential leaders relished in the invitation of their CEO to set their imagination free and envisage the world of work in 2020, and what that might mean for their business. Here are a few images- I hope it might stimulate some more 2020Vision events. Please get in touch if you might be intersted.

Invitation to work with a client in Copenhagen.
I'm looking to connect with a consulancy who uses World Cafe and Appreciative Inquiry principles in their work- and are based in Copenhagen. Would you know of any contacts?

Thank you in anticipation of your reply.

With best wishes Alexandra

Hello Jaunita, thank you for your interest- firstly the location thing- I'm based in UK (incidentally I know Jeraldene Lovell-Cole she has work on a cafe with me last year!).
The group of 24 were pan-european and of all ages from 25-40. This is the second 2020Vision cafe SWAN has hosted and there have been some very powerful insights from both. Would you like a conversation? We have been using the events to promote a vision of tomorrrow and using 2020Vision as a 'brand' (linking it to 2020 vision being perfect vision). Our first event was in aid of the charity Vision2020- The Right to Sight; a charity that works to eradicate avoidable blindness in some of the poorest countries of the world. you can see how we are promoting it on www.swanconsulting.co.uk I'm keen to spread this kind of event using Cafe as the basis, and I'd welcome your thoughts. With best wishes Alexandra

Hi,
I'd love to learn more abut what you did--how old were the hi potential employees who participated and what were some of their insights? I'm especially interested helping to foster intergenerational conversations inthe workplace using World cafe and other dialogue approaches and would love to explore more in this area with you.

Warm regards from California (where are you?)
Juanita
