The World Café applied to methods development - some experiences

My name is Hans-Juergen Stenger, I am new to the World Café Community. For quite a long time I have been working as responsible architect for the methods used in consultancy, solutions and services business of a multi-national IT corporation.

We developed methods in a workshop-centric approach with colleagues from around the world and we begun early to experiment with the World Café. It turned out to be very successful for our collective learning & creation endeavor, especially with larger groups.

From that work I've put some experiences into a mindmap to share with you. Maybe it can give you the one or other inspiration.
