At the end of October 2010 a group of persons around Adriano Pianesi has organized a World Café in Milan/Italy. The place was a Café - an wonderful hospitable space. As special co-host David Isaacs came from the States. It was a great atmosphere and vibrant energies around the questions "What is the role of informal conversations in your companies?" and "As a leader, how can we incourrage to evoce and gather the collective intelligenz in the organizations?"It was a great learning situation - for so many different perspectives - there has been many very curious partizipants and it was a great workexperience of co-creation with Adriano, Francesca and Gisella. and it was an amazing to have David sharing his experiences there!Un caro saluto a tutti, Sabine See More
