Hello everyone,<br /> In the couple of days since this site has been "live" I want to say that I'm completely amazed and humbled by the places around the world where people are joining in from....Afganistan, India, South Africa, the Netherlands, France, Pakistan, Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Japan....the list could go on and on.<br /> <br /> And this gives me so much hope seeing that there are so many of you around the world who are hosting conversations that matter in your own unique situations, within your own cultural frames of reference and history....to help create life affirming futures wherever you may find yourself.<br /> <br /> I hope you will share your stories, your pictures, your learnings from the Cafes and other dialogues you are hosting....because I do think that we are in a co-evolutionary wave of change where people are realizing that in conversation together we have the opportunity to co-evolve the futures we want rather than being forced to live with the futures we get.<br /> <br /> And, it would be wonderful to hear from younger leaders who are hosting conversations in your own settings as we are hoping that the World Cafe will become a true learning field for multi-generational collaboration around the globe on behalf on critical questions that we care about, together....<br /> <br /> With warmest regards,<br /> Juanita
