Great, i appreciate your experience in working with people and communities! and timebanking looks fantastic! i've heard about similar initiatives and totally love the idea... i wonder, how do you answer when people question the equality in one hour = one time credit, i am sure that happens often.
Please tell us more about timebanking and yourself in the introduction-section :)
