I'm so glad you were able to be there for the Community Cafe. The poem you were asking about was a passage from Margaret Wheatley's book, Turning to One Another. I don't know the exact citation, but I know the person who read it would be happy to give it to you if you send him a note - his name is Tony Pfeiffer.
