I wish you would have joined us earlier! We offer a wonderful learning program called World Cafe Hosting Fundamentals, but it only happens once a year and it started earlier this month. But not to worry - there are other courses throughout the year focusing on specific aspects of hosting - including one coming up soon on The Art of Questions.
But in the meantime, everything you need to know in terms of getting started you can find in the "resources" section of the World Cafe website (here's a link to download the "Cafe To Go" guide to hosting World Cafe). You can also ask questions of other hosts here in the Questions & Needs Exchange forum.
