Ohio Family Care Association is a statewide organization representing the thousands of foster, adoptive, kinship, primary (birth) and respite families affected by Ohio's child welfare and juvenile justice system. Ohio is also a county run state. Which means there are 88 counties each having their own idea and guidelines on how to implement and administer resources to families and the children they care for.
