Over the past few months I have spent quite some time researching what's been happening on the legal landscape in North America as regards how the legal industry has fared with the downturn in the economy.

Emergent by Design- the JUNTO platform to extend the wwweb

I came across this wonderful young lady who is looking for collaborators to work on her "Junto" platform. It's a way of using the world wide web to have meaningful live conversations in 3D. The concept is very open and evolving by the day , it seems.

As participants in the world cafe I think a platform such as Junto is possibly a next step for us all to see and talk to each other here.

Wow, your statement is quite impressive to read - i hope to get the chance for a window into your ideas of this influence? have you written something about it or are you carrying it in you... giving birth... great to have that confidence about it, i admire that!

As you indicated Onine as your focus, you might want to consider joining the next virtual World Cafe on April 24th. And Amy is really making great learning experiences with hosting World Cafés in Second Life, maybe you enjoy her harvest from the first session.
And there is a group dedicated to dig deeper into that thrilling issue as well...
