Event Description

PEOPLE ARE HUNGRY FOR MORE EFFECTIVE MEETINGS AND PRACTICES FOR WORKING BETTER TOGETHER AMIDST TIMES OF RAPID CHANGE AND HIGH COMPLEXITY.

We are awakening to different ways of being in leadership together, moving beyond the typical traps of adversarial agendas and into processes of co-learning and co-evolution that lead to wise action and change. We are seeking consultative processes and engagement strategies that bring out the best in our communities and foster collaboration. That’s what the Art of Participatory Leadership is all about.

The Art of Participatory Leadership is an intensive 3-day experience where you will practice a set of simple yet powerful approaches for designing and hosting (facilitating) powerful conversations and meetings. It is an effective way of harnessing the collective wisdom and self-organizing capacity of groups. We believe that people give their energy and lend their resources to what matters most to them – in work as in life. These practices invite people to step in and respond to the challenges facing them in creative, authentic, compassionate and innovative ways.
