Do you work across organizational boundaries with cross-functional task forces, project teams, and entire divisions? Or perhaps your focus is to engage community members and/or citizens across diverse sectors and groups. Whether you work inside organizations or in a community setting, knowing how to design and facilitate meaningful conversations around complex issues is an essential skill for successful meetings. The Engaging Facilitator is a 3-day learning program offered by the Masterful Facilitation Institute. The course focus is on the principles for engaging participants in diverse and multi-stakeholder situations, along with the practical “how-to’s” of when and how to blend different conversation methods together (e.g., World Café, Open Space, Dialogue, Deliberative Dialogue, Appreciative Inquiry, DARE Framework, etc.) for breakthrough thinking, decision-making and collaborative action. You will learn energizing and creative ways to design and facilitate highly effective and productive engagement processes using these proven participatory methods, and how to tap collective intelligence, generate new insights and knowledge, build mutual understanding, and enable collaborative action. (Download pdf brochure, Registration Form and please visit our Masterful Facilitation Institute website for more information.)
