The challenge of World Cafe is to get the questions right - open ended but specific enough to encourage quality discussion around the topic/issue being explored. As a facilitator gathering feedback from each and linking together similar themes and responses is really useful to get an overview of the discussions that took place in the entire room. It's quite a skilled role facilitating World Cafe effectively.
