Tips for World Cafe with large group (300+ people)

Hi all,

I'm leading a World Cafe session for approximately 300-350 people. I'm seeking advice on how to ensure that the process goes smoothly with such a large group.

We have two hours total for the session. We'll have tables of 8 and we're planning to do 3 rounds (20 minutes each) then harvest. I'd welcome any advice on modifications so that movement between tables and the rest of the process goes smoothly.

I'm also interested in any tips on supplies and recording for such a large group, particularly suggested alternatives to easels and flip charts for recording as it doesn't seem feasible to use 35-40 easels.
