Graphic facilitation (or GF, also known as visual thinking, graphic recording, group graphics, story mapping, etc.) is the skillful use of visual representation during events, meetings, and strategy sessions. The maps created during GF events help participants to better understand their current reality, create a vision of the future, and a strategy for arriving at that future.
Using graphics to organize information allows for employees to better understand material and to also share with others a compelling and shared narrative about the organization. Visual representation also supports learning and team development.
While mindmaps have been used for years in a number of areas, GF has never been introduced to the Russian training and development community.
Workshop program and target audience
In the course of this interactive training, you will learn the essentials for creating pictures, so that you will feel comfortable drawing at your own events.

This workshop will be of special interest to those who conduct strategic planning sessions for business, nonprofit, and governmental organizations, and also for those who use facilitation approaches (World Cafe, Future Search, etc.) in their work.
