You mentioned that you are interested in learning - you may like to know about our Signature Learning Program, World Cafe Hosting Fundamentals, offered once a year in partnership with Fielding Graduate University. There's more information about it in the Community Calendar.
It's a very comprehensive program and a lot of fun to learn with people from all over the world. It's offered online and all the written work is asycnhronous so it should be convenient for you in Australia. I'm afraid the timing for the real time sessions won't be so conducive. However, we record all the real time sessions, so you won't miss them altogether and if you apply yourself you will find a lot of value from the asynchronous forums and assignments.
