I am actually working on a project that involve a district of my city where the racial tension is very high.I would like to connect with practionners who had previous experiences of using a cafe approah in these contexts.

Welcome! I love the question you bring to us about how to work with racial tension. Perhaps there are others here in this wide diversity who have ideas for you? One suggestion might be to connect with Kenoli Oleari who has I know has produced World Cafe community events in the Mission District in San Francisco, California. I don't know to what extent racial tension was an issue in the work he did, although I know he would be happy to share anything he's learned. Another idea might be to start a Conversation on this topic, which is a powerful one.

I hope you will introduce yourself in the Introductions area, and share your stories in StoryNet, as well.
