Questions for My Church Meeting
Hello:
I am a member of the search committee at my church looking for a new rector. The committee needs to hold a meeting with the congregation in three weeks to try to get an idea of how they feel about :
> a- our church community - is it fine the way it is, can or should it change
> b- qualities the new rector must have
> c-worship in general
> d- questions or thoughts individuals may have but have never voiced
I understand that how the questions are presented is crucial. Any suggestions that can be offered on who to craft questions will be appreciated.
