Hosting Conversations about Questions that Matter
Dear all,
I had a full week, every day a seminar, but the experience we had in Reichenau enabled me to perform better. I think that what we practised is to listen deeply into the group and our intuition. What does the group need? I really liked our design, where everyone was a leader and participant. That is what always attracted me t the worldcafe. We can learn from everyone. Everyone has a message. We only need to hold a the container and trust. I'm looking forward to go further with all those who are interested and thus be the change I want to encourage.
Thank you all. I enjoyed our quest and dance. Looking forward to our next steps together with those who feel attracted to dance and go on with us.
