Elaine how about asking for unplugged time at work each day for sometime. Use that to slow down and build quality connection with co-workers. May be develop communication skills and collage art to develop new vision and action plan through fun Dialogue. I'd love less fast paced technology driven work culture and more slow pace face to face human connection.
