Ciao a Tutti!
Talking about World Cafè in Italy, two weeks ago I facilitated a big one!
I did it at the Autodromo di Monza, (you know Formula 1 ...).
I did not particularly like the location, but some of the sponsors love it.
We had some 250 small entrepreneurs.
Our topic was about collaboration and creation of networks of Small Businesses.
It is the first step of a longer process aiming to incubate and grow those networks.
We had journalists and politicians taking part and subsequently commenting.
Many said it was the first time someone made entrepreneurs sit around a table and have conversations :)
I will write more, I just wanted to share some pictures ... http://bit.ly/9kxrmP

It took a long time and a lot of effort to make this happen, but I think it is worthwhile.
I am glad I can share this with you.

All the best.
Mario

Ciao Tutti !

A quando il prossimo café romano ? Sarebbe bello fare un mega world café a Piazza Navona, o magari ai Fori imperiali !

A presto spero

Ciao Adriano e tutti. I just finished a three day meeting in the UK with a group of 20 from 13 different countries (Italy was well-represented!). We had wonderful and productive cafe conversations for two of those days. The process brought the team together like never before and enabled them to move deep into the U to find a way forward that will result in their making a much bigger impact in their organization. Thanks for inviting me to the group. Viva Italia!
