Your work with the World Café is really interesting. The medical sector is the one area where World Café Europe (www.worldcafe.eu) has yet to be able to design and host a World Café. (I designed one but then the director of the hospital got cold feet!)
You may be interested in the pre-conference workshop of the International Leadership Association "Network Approaches to Leadership and Social Change" being held in London on 26 October: http://bit.ly/NetworkLeadership I'd appreciate it if you would spread the word to colleagues in your network!
