Antti Ainamo said… - Charles, I was lecturing on an advanced course at our program, which is basically about offering the basics for institutional entrepreneurship and institutional design, as well as considering diffences in opportunities across time and space.
Facilitation comes into play in getting people to share knowledge etc. so as to take on opportunities (or to collectively decide to ignore them).
