- I've been committed to participative ways of working for many years and used methods such as Open Space Technology. I have less experience of World Cafe but I can see its potential.
- What field is the primary focus of your World Café work (ONLY CHECK AREAS WHERE YOU ARE ALREADY ACTIVELY USING WORLD CAFE PLEASE)?
- Religion
- What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
- Community Development Worker for over 20 years. Radical Theologian with qualifications in applied theology and non-directive consultancy for church and community workers. Have worked for the Methodist Church in Britain as a an Ecumenical Officer for over six years. Methodist Local Preacher.
- What would you most like to receive from this community?
- I have tried to introduce participative ways of working into my community and church work. I often feel as if I'm making heavy weather of it and would welcome sharing experiences with others experiencing similar difficulties.

- What haven't we asked that you'd like to share?
- I have recently started to work part time and without planning have found myself with plenty of unstructured time. I see this as an opportunity and I'm exploring everything I can before the time fills up (as it does) or someone starts paying me again.
