- If you are new to the World Cafe, would you please share how you heard about this community?
- I first heard about TWC in 2005 with my friend Phil Howard. My understanding of TWC deepened greatly in 2008 when I met Juanita Brown, David Isaacs and Amy Lenzo.
- What field is the primary focus of your World Café work (ONLY CHECK AREAS WHERE YOU ARE ALREADY ACTIVELY USING WORLD CAFE PLEASE)?

- What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
- I am a facilitator, host, and conversational leader, convening strategic gatherings of all shapes and sizes. I work primarily with educational and public-benefit organizations for building social and intellectual capital, project design, management, implementation and evaluation. In essence, I work with 'organizations as organisms' to make the processes of co-creation and co-evolution easy and graceful. My work with groups includes hosting The World Cafe and facilitating Open Space Technology events as ways to make our collective intelligence visible, discover creative breakthrough thinking, cultivate self-awareness, create strong interpersonal relationships and a deep sense of team work. I develop meetings, conferences and retreats using TWC, OST, and other methods in collaboration with non-profit and corporate clients. In particular I am most excited about Multi-Generational Collaboration, and Cross-Boundary dialogue.

Weekly World Cafe at UC Santa Cruz - Every Wed night a group of undergraduates host a lively and fun World Cafe at Kresge College. The event starts at 6:30 with fine tea. We share an organic dinner during the conversations as well. Please contact me for more information, we'd love to cafe with you! Also, we have a group on this world cafe community website.
