- I am an Assistant Professor of Management and Marketing at Tulsa Community College and would like to offer who I am, what I do, and my passion for educational excellence and my inquisitive nature.
I am also Founder, CEO of GLK Enterprises. I provide management training and consulting services that create results. My Management Training focuses on developing the skills and leadership traits that characterize high-performance managers, especially for small to medium business. This, in turn, leads to more productive organizations. Consulting services focus on organizational development and enhancing organizational effectiveness. This includes assessing and aligning the organization for high performance, developing high-performance leadership skills, and implementing high-performance team building skills for managers and executives - including hiring "A" players for the team.
- What would you most like to receive from this community?
- Challenging and shared dialogue, insight, new ideas for teaching that are applicable and contemporary and not rehashed sputum that I get in textbooks. Cutting edge thought that challenges me and my ideologies and forces me to think and rethink.
