I'm New to the World Cafe

If you are new to the World Cafe, would you please share how you heard about this community?

Out of the blue I was asked to host - facilitate a five day event taking place towards the end of April. I had heard of it before through a coaching contact.

In what field is the primary focus of your World Café work?

Health, Community

What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?

Leadership, guiding and facilitation in wilderness, with the purpose of developing an ecology of mind - where connection with nature's inherent design teaches and heals. Philosophy as an approach. Systems thinking in business management education and facilitatiion.

What would you most like to receive from this community?

A feeling of being encouraged and supported as I step into this unknown territiory.

What haven't we asked that you'd like to share?

I am very excited to be discovering TWC. I have a fair amount of experience in various areas of process oriented facilitation, as well as more structured. I have a little understanding of how Open Space Technology works. TWC seems to be a marvellous mix that will work well in Africa, where dialogue and process prone to perambulation.
