- I have adapted the World Cafe model to make it a more sustainable event and renamed it the Eco-City Cafe. I organized a series of these Eco-City cafes for the CIty of Alexandria, VA during 2008 and 2009.

- The opportunity to learn more about others' experiences, particularly with the move toward conversational leadership
