- I listen with all my senses… think with my heart... feel with my intuition while possessing an innate ability to hear in conversations-- no matter how large or small the group or with an individual, to connect the dots of what is spoken (and unspoken) no matter how disparate each contribution may present and then get those involved to engage meaningfully. With over 30 years in the professional workplace (community volunteerism; military; non-profit human services; private sector; government; facilitation and mediation; and a lifetime pilgrimage of "continuing education" -- whether I asked for it or not, humbled by each experience), I hope can help expand the conversations for discovery as individuals, groups, and communities—and for myself.
