And yes, mountain climbing is a great metaphor for what many of us do in our lives --- I use it a lot in my work. My dream is to combine my consulting/facilitating/training work (which includes using World Café) with inspiring mountain venues... I am off to the mountains early tomorrow morning for the holidays, but will look forward to contributing to the community once I am back online in the New Year. Bonnes Fêtes! Sarah
