Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter Applied Practice Online Course

Are you a practitioner of participatory processes looking to step up your hosting practice, connect, and learn with other practitioners around the world?

Join us for the second edition of this deep dive learning journey starting 18 Feb every two weeks on Wednesdays, 10.30 am Pacific Time until 29 Apr 2015.

You’re invited to learn online and apply ‘offline’ in your own context, whether that is in business, the public sector, civil-society, or any other context.

At the core of this program are six participatory live online sessions featuring some of the most seasoned practitioners from the global Art of Hosting network. To ground your learning in your own context you will be invited to join a peer learning circle with fellow practitioners from around the world to share and reflect on your practice. The peer circles will become your personal support and accountability structure for your learning throughout the course and potentially beyond. The online community platform will give you convenient access to all course materials and will enable you to connect with other course participants, share your learning, and more, all in one place.

This course is at the cutting edge of online learning and we will be experimenting with different online collaboration tools to create a rich learning environment for you. Having said that, your participation and contribution is key!

This is a learning journey for practitioners of participatory leadership and group processes who want to go deeper into their practice through intense exchange and reflection with other practitioners and stewards. We invite you to bring your burning questions and hot topics to this rich learning and peer support environment.

Course Schedule
