Event Description

"Dancing on the Edge: Hosting Difference" is an online World Cafe, the first in a series of regular Community Cafés.

The idea (of hosting ongoing Community Cafes where we can come together in "real time") came from the Community Cafes we hosted last month to find out what is needed now to support our extended shared community of practice.

Join us for this shared inquiry into the field of "hosting difference".

This Cafe is free (donations are always welcome!) but you must register to participate.

11 am - 1.30 pm California

2 pm - 4.30 pm Boston

8 pm - 10.30 pm Paris

A big big thank you to Michaela, Amy and Ty for hosting us today, and all the participants.  Thank you for the enrichment!  Until next time, friends

Thanks for your good wishes and encouragement! You might want to register even though you won't be able to attend this one, as the harvest will certainly be shared with everyone who registered and I can't guarantee who else will get that material.

What exciting news about your Inter-generational Cafe - what we call "Wiser Together" Cafes. :-) Warm Best Wishes on that!

Hi Michaela, Ty, Virginia & Amy,

I am just a new member of WC and saw this event.  Unfortunately I am not available to attend this one. Bravo for creating an event which provides wider access!

I am part of a small group in Philadelphia that is hoping to design a live inter-generational World Care in the first half of 2017 around the issues of an aging world and cross-generational understanding.  Two of the group have been participants, the rest of us are complete novices.  I hope to be able to attend your next event to get a first hand experience of participation as well as structure and design.  I am excited to hear about how it went.
